Why narrow beats wide
A generalist agency meets the painting industry once every few years, learns it on a client's budget, and moves on. Running painter accounts side by side changes the economics of learning: every negative keyword discovered in one market, every ad angle that books estimates, every seasonal pattern — it all compounds across the roster instead of being relearned from zero.
The trade-off is real: we say no to roofers, plumbers, and everyone else, and we cap ourselves at one painter per market. We think that trade is the whole point.
